TABLETOP SPONSORSHIP RATES
Tabletop sponsorship rates are $175.00 per event.  Sponsor any Four Tabletops for $500.00.  Sponsor All 2010 Tabletops for $600.00.  All tabletop sponsors will receive a tabletop space and a dinner for one representative at each sponsored event.  Each additional meal is $35.00.

All Tabletop Sponsors will receive a free 250x250 pixel website ad.  Your website ad will be active one week after payment and art ready ad is received and will expire one month after your last sponsored event.  All Tabletop Sponsors of 4 or 5 events will receive a 250x500 pixel ad.  All advertisements will be placed on our home page and will rotate and display randomly with equal odds.  In addition you will receive a non-rotating website advertisement on a web page of your choice, based on a first-come-first-served basis.

PRIMARY EVENT SPONSOR
The Primary Event Sponsorship rate is $600.00 per event.  There will be only one Primary Event Sponsor per engagement date.  Primary Event Sponsors will be permitted to hang an approved sponsorship banner at the event and address the members and guest for up to five minutes. The event sponsor shall also receive a tabletop space and a dinner for one representative at each sponsored event.  Each additional meal is $35.00.
